THE MOST ANCIENT AND TRADITIONAL EXPERIENCE OF ITALIAN LIQUORS

Truly natural

The journey of Pergotè products begins in the soil, where our raw materials are rooted and our job starts. It continues in our distilleries, where the raw materials are treated with care by expert hands that transform them into entirely natural products in which lies all our history.

We respect ingredients, tradition, products and customers. We select raw materials according to our most ancient quality standards and our drinks are 100% natural.

Recipes

The ancient wisdom of the Piedmontese liquor tradition meets a careful selection of flowers, citrus, herbs and spices. Our ingredients are distilled and infused to create unique elixirs: the emblem of Italian craftsmanship.

Botanicals

We only  select high quality botanicals and spices, with a special focus on Italian raw materials: elegant wormwood and fragrant raspberries of Piedmont, balsamic juniper from Tuscany, fresh and juicy citrus from Calabria and Sicily.

Aperitivo: the purest Italian tradition

Italian aperitivo is a way of life

Many would describe aperitivo as a pre-meal drink that whets the appetite, but there is so much more in it.

We use aperitivo as a mere excuse to be ourselves, to be Italian and, of course, to drink. We call for aperitivo when we can’t take it anymore, when the day is over and the night is about to begin.

Aperitivo is a chat with friends under the warm Italian sun, a mild laugh while picking the restaurant for that 9pm dinner, a warm welcome to whoever wants to join. Aperitivo is a time of the day, a place full of people and full of friends.

Aperitivo is a way of life. Live it.
